Among images that denounce the inequality perpetuated in the region, as well as the representative faces and practices of the imposed system, the film expresses a critical stance against fascism that, towards the end and using images of the construction of the Santiago subway, becomes optimistic about the change represented by the Unidad Popular (UP).
