1. The service

Hydraflix is a free discovery and playback interface. All titles, artwork, ratings and episode data are provided by TMDB. We aggregate video sources and do not host them. Playback itself is delivered by independent third-party video sources that you select; Hydraflix does not upload, store or host media files.

2. Acceptable use

Use the site for personal, non-commercial viewing. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or misuse the service. You agree that your use of this site is for educational, informative purposes based on the ideology that information and content is intended to serve the public good and that copyrighted works enter into the public domain for the enrichment of society and its populace. As such, content you find on this site aggregated automatically or curated is believed to be in the public domain, unless otherwise stated by rights holders. You acknowledge that you own or have the rights to watch any content on the site, which remains your sole responsibility.

3. Your data

Favorites, history and preferences are stored locally on your device under your full control. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. Sources may occasionally be unavailable; switching servers almost always resolves it. We may update or discontinue features at any time. Third-party video providers may display their own ads and have tracking that does not entirely conform to our privacy policy. As this service aggregates from public video hosts, we are not responsible for what they store or do.

5. Content ownership

All trademarks, posters and title metadata belong to their respective owners. If you believe content linked from this site infringes your rights, contact us and the reference will be reviewed promptly.
